  • To book classes, workshops, and appointments.
  • To complete our insurance waiver to protect our student and ourselves in case of an accident.

We do not sell or share any of this information with any outside third parties or marketing entities.

Data Retention Policy

Client data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account or participate in classes/workshops with Aerial Whimsy. If an account becomes inactive or if you cease services, data is retained only for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and insurance waiver obligations, after which it is securely removed.

Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal account and associated information at any time.

You can do this by submitting a written deletion request via email to info@aerialwhimsy.com

Upon receipt of a deletion request or account deactivation, personal data not required for legal/insurance recordkeeping will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
