What We Offer

Aerial Silks is our most popular activity! Combining strength training, cardio, and exciting acrobatic tricks, the silks are a well-rounded way to get fit while having fun. If you enjoy being challenged, or are motivated by learning progressive skills, you will enjoy our aerial silks classes!

Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Aerial Lyra, or Hoop, is known for its aesthetic appearance and dynamic movement quality. In our hoop classes, you will build strength and flexibility by manipulating your body around the apparatus. Hoop is great for students who want to be challenged, but are not as comfortable being high in the air. You will feel beautiful and work up a sweat at the same time!

Aerial Sling, also known as Aerial Hammock, is a more progressive and accessible form of aerial silks. Sling is great for students who struggle with building upper body strength or have mobility limitations. Whether your goal is to progress to silks, or just enjoy a lighter method of exercise, aerial sling is a great way to begin exploring the aerial arts!

Our stretch and conditioning classes are complementary to our aerial training! We will focus on a variety of floor bound exercises, while also utilizing the different apparatuses to build strength and flexibly. Try our TGIF Hammock class for the same focus on increased flexibility, but in a relaxed, stress relieving atmosphere!
